Since I receive many orders specifically for college students, I decided to make an order form for them to make it easier for parents/siblings etc. to order baskets for them. This form can also be used to fill out for occasions like Back to school, Work Week, Fall Greek Life Recruitment, Finals Week, Birthdays, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and any other events that you can think of!!
